2019 February Seminar

Happy, healthy and wealthy 2019 and may it be our best year yet!

On behalf of the committee we all hope that you had a lovely Christmas with your friends and family and hopefully found some time to relax and re-energise for what we hope to be a successful year for all.

Our next function will be held on Tuesday the 12th of February 2019 at The Hoppers Club, located at 180 – 200 Pannam Drive Hoppers Crossing.

We will be starting our year off with inspiration and motivation with our key note speaker Mr. Braith Bamkin.

As the owner of two successful BNI regions in Melbourne, Mr. Braith Bamkin has worked with thousands of small to medium sized businesses to grow their business through referrals. It’s fair to say over the years he has come to learn what makes some businesses more successful at business than others. One key attribute stands out; being clear on your target market. As a Professional Referral Network Business owner, he also speaks on the subject of connecting with your target market through the power of networking and referrals. Along with covering other aspects of business we will discuss:

Do you know who your dream client is?

Can you describe in one sentence who you want to work with?

Are you clear on what problem your business solves?

Braith has developed online courses, in person immersion workshops and keynote speaking engagements across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2019 and what a year it will be!

2019 May Seminar

Dear Members and Friends

We hope that you had a lovely and restful Easter Break.

Our next function will be held on Tuesday the 14th of May 2019 at Chirnsides By The River, located at 220 Watton Street, Werribee.

Our next guest speaker is Jack Fitzpatrick.

He is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Melbourne Football Club and Hawthorn Football Club in the AFL. A Wyndham local, Jack played his junior football with Wyndham Vale and the Western Jets before being taken by Melbourne in the 2009 AFL Draft. He went on to play 22 games with the Demons and a further four with Hawthorn across eight seasons. Despite ongoing challenges with illness and injury that ultimately brought a premature end to his playing career, Jack showed himself to be a damaging ruckman and key forward at the AFL level at his best. This was perhaps best demonstrated by his now famous late match-turning goal on debut for the Hawthorn football club in the final round of the 2016 season, which helped secure a one-point victory to see the Hawks into the finals. During his AFL career, he formed a strong relationship with Diabetes Victoria after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 20; he became an ambassador in 2014, a role he continues to be committed to. We welcome you to come along and hear a story of inspiration and a never give up attitude.
