Terms and Conditions:  Please read the information below as you will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as soon as your application is submitted.

1. Your completed application details will be listed in our data base immediately on submission of your application.  Should you elect to become a financial member all manadatory fields will also be shown in  promotional material including our website and Business Directory.  If you do not agree or wish to withhold any information, please make note in the “comments” section of this form.
2. As all email addresses provided below are linked to our website and database, it is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and changes advised to Wyndham BizNet as soon as possible.  Update your details now info@wyndhambiznet.com.au   
   
3. After submitting your application you will receive confirmation via email.  When received please refer to payment options, should you elect to become a “financial” member (optional - refer to Members benefits).  If payment is not received your details will only be listed in our database and you will receive monthly invitations and updates until full payment has been made and cleared.
   
4. Information provided by you to Wyndham BizNet will not be distributed to a third party via electronic or other means without your consent.  Please note that unless you advise otherwise (see item 1), your details can be accessed via our website and Business Directory by a third party and we will not be held responsible.
5. Corporate and Dual financial members please be advised that only the main contact name, email address and telephone number will be displayed on the website.  If it is your preference, we suggest that the main contact telephone number is your office number wherever possible.
